One of my favorite customers came to me with an idea I never would’ve thought of on my own—and I absolutely loved it!

She asked, “What if you made your Cheesecake Stuffed Pumpkin Snickerdoodle into a cookie cake… and used the cheesecake filling as the frosting?”

Y’all… GENIUS. 🤍🎃🍰

So that’s exactly what we did! A soft pumpkin snickerdoodle cookie cake topped with the same rich, homemade cheesecake filling that’s inside my signature cookie. It turned out even better than I imagined.

I love customers who think outside the box and trust me to bring their ideas to life. Some of the best creations start with a simple, “What if…?”
