Chef Jim has cooked up a couple of delicious specials that are sure to hit the spot!

Three Ground Beef Tacos – $15.95
Choose hard or soft shell tacos loaded with seasoned ground beef, lettuce, tomato, and cheese. Served with Spanish rice, black beans, salsa, and guacamole.

Prime Rib & Scallion Quesadilla –$15.95
Tender prime rib, scallions, and cheddar cheese grilled in a flour tortilla and drizzled with buffalo ranch sauce. Served with Spanish rice, black beans, salsa, and guacamole.

Whether you’re craving a go to breakfast or planning your lunch break around some comfort food, or a night where you don’t want to cook at home….we’ve got you covered with specials you can count on.

Faces of Rosie’s: Meet Jessica

Today we’re shining the spotlight on Jessica, who has been part of the Rosie’s family for an incredible 8 years!

When I asked Jessica what she loves most about working at Rosie’s her answer was easy “The people I work with and hanging with Jim in the kitchen.”

It’s this type friendships, teamwork, and laughter that make Rosie’s feel like a second home.

Jess’s favorite go to item on the menu is the “Beef Stroganoff”. . What’s better than a Rosie’s meal that keeps her coming back for more!

When she’s not at Rosie’s…
Jessica enjoys” watching her grandchildren’s sports and spending quality time playing with them”. Family time is one of the many things she treasures most.

A fun fact about her is she “grew up on a Morgan horse farm!”

And when it comes to her favorite Rosies memory who can’t smile at this one when they picture it?
Jessica “loves Christmas time at Rosie’s where one of her favorite traditions is when Ron makes her go up to the attic to help bring down all the decorations from the attic and the two of them laugh the entire time”.

Jess is team player of Rosie’s no matter where she can be found…be it cooking on the line in the kitchen , putting all the food out for the Sunday buffet, filling in for a host shift or serving customers at the table. So no matter where you see her, be sure to thank her for all she does for Rosie’s.

Thank you, Jessica, for your 8 years of hard work, dedication, and for being such an important part of the Rosie’s family. Eight years of service isn’t just about showing up to work, it’s about showing up for your team, your guests, and your community.

Jessica reminds us that the heart of Rosie’s isn’t just the food we serve; it’s the people who bring warmth, kindness, and laughter through our doors every day. Join us on Sunday, June 21, from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM for a buffet filled with all your breakfast and brunch favorites.

Enjoy fluffy pancakes, French toast sticks, home fries, scrambled eggs, smoked bacon, sausage, baked ham, corned beef hash, made-to-order omelets, biscuits & sausage gravy, fresh fruit, yogurt parfaits, pastries, salads, BBQ pork with peppers and onions, and so much more.

Faces of Rosie’s: Meet Tiffany

Today we’re shining the spotlight on one of our sweetest servers, she chose not to have her picture posted but as soon you read her name you will smile immediately…Tiffany!

For the past 12 years, Tiffany has been an important part of the Rosie’s family. When asked what she loves most about working here, she says “the family atmosphere. She appreciates how everyone supports one another, listens, and works together to make Rosie’s a special place.”

If you’re looking for one of Tiffany’s favorite menu items, she recommends our delicious “turkey club or a classic Rueben” , two longtime customer favorites!

When she’s not at Rosie’s, Tiffany “enjoys gardening and spending quality time with her children”. Family is at the heart of everything she does, both at work and at home.

One of Tiffany’s favorite Rosie’s memories is “serving at our special senior meals and getting to know so many of our loyal guests over the years.” The friendships and connections she’s made are what make Rosie’s feel like home.

Tiffany, thank you for your dedication, kindness, and the warm smile and laughs you bring to our guests every day. We are grateful to have you as part of the Rosie’s family! And from the person writing this “don’t ever stop teasing me about what we do or don’t have for desserts”❤️
