Some days are stressful. Some days are exhausting. And then a simple note like this reminds us why we do it.

A guest recently left this napkin for our kitchen that simply read, “Best Pizza Ever!” and signed it “54 year patron.”
To our customer who took a moment to leave this note: thank you. It means more than you know. And to our cooks, whose hard work often happens behind the scenes, this one is for you.
