Tonight’s message isn’t from the wall. It’s from inside C12. Posting every night has quietly become a tradition.

Tonight, I found myself staring into this lamp a friend gifted me on opening night, thank you John James Nowicki and I am thinking about how strange life can be. If you would've told me months ago that C12 would connect me to so many people, in this short time and on so many different levels, I probably wouldn't have believed you. And with everything happening in Lebanon, the timing of C12 feels even more meaningful. Through food, conversation, and community, it's become a way to highlight our culture, our hospitality, and most importantly, peace. Because at the end of the day, I think peace is what we're all searching for in one way or another.

Every night after dinner at C12 I walk the last guest out. On my way back in, I stop for a moment and read the notes people leave behind.

Documenting this journey has inspired me personally, but I also hope it inspires others to document their own. To roll the dice. To take a chance at least once in your lifetime — because it’s worth it.

From one entrepreneur to another, well you know... The sleepless nights. The planning. The uncertainty. The emotions that walk through the door with every dinner, every group, every conversation.

I’m grateful for all of it.

And tonight was a special one.

I got reunited with people who mean a lot to me, and it reminded me that every night at C12 carries a different story.

Tonight’s story was one I won’t forget.

Although most of June is fully booked, a few seats occasionally open up, and we just had two become available tonight May 29, with a few more opening Saturday May 30 both @6:30 PM
