He was unhappy in the corporate grind, always having a dream to own a small hot dog stand. She’s the brains and saw “the sign” on a magazine while getting her hair done. The plan was written on a napkin, we purchased a food trailer & pi

ckup (THEN learned how to drive & park it) and started in the fall of 2016. We’re a food truck of non-pretentious, good time foods made with quality ingredients. Some examples of our HOTS would be; the “Good ol’ J.R.” an all-beef hot dog covered with bacon, smoked pulled pork and BBQ sauce, “Home Run” an all-beef hot dog covered with mac & cheese and bacon, “Jenny from the Block” an all-beef hot dog with guacamole, sour cream, pico, fritos covered with melted cheese (kinda like a walking taco). And of course we have a Chicago Dog known on our truck as the Clark & Addison. Now the TOTS; they are fresh fried (no heat lamp at Underdogs Mobile), 100% vegetable oil and enough to share. “Loaded Tots” like a loaded baked potato with cheese, sour cream, bacon and scallions, “Hillbilly Tots” covered with smoked pulled pork and BBQ. We also offer our “Basic Tots” that are simply fresh fried and good and a great side item to any hot dog. The menu does change and we add additional items and seasonal items, we even welcome suggestions from our customers on new ideas. It's been a whirlwind and a ton of fun making this dream come true. Since 2016 we've appreciated your patronage and enjoyed the success of Underdogs Mobile. We've decided because of many factors to end operations; it is the best decision for our family. Many of you have been with us since DAY ONE and believe us YOU ARE APPRECIATED. We still own the business, name, contacts, equipment and unit. Keep an eye out for a "For Sale" post.
