Two things I want to do but don’t know where to start!

Bottle my sauce that I use to marinate the meat for my birria!

Bottle my seasoning I use for my fries, burgers, and Phillys!

I’m salty, but D’s Birria And More may cancel having the food truck at farm day in farmersville today due to weather, I’m sure people will still come but I don’t feel like it will be packed or we will make money, I wouldn’t want to waste food, time, propane and still have to pay employees without making a profit at least! 🤦🏾

Ive been going back and forth about this decision but I think for festivals, or any event with a large crowd, we will only sell birria, elote, fries, quesadillas and maybe burgers!

Smaller events or catering I will provide wings, and phillys, I think I always have the longest or one of the longest lines because I have a lot of options but that makes my wait time longer, I get so fixated on wanting people to taste other food that I make but my truck is D’s (BIRRA)And More, some people will be upset about the Philly for sure but I have to change something, when I started out I literally was only selling birria, I just got tired of just selling those! 😂🤦🏾🤷🏾‍♂️🤔🧑🏾‍🍳🌮👑
