🇮🇹 Elena Walch Vigna “Castel Ringberg” Pinot Grigio 2023 — Alto Adige
A more serious take on Pinot Grigio. Ripe pear, apple, lime blossom and subtle sage meet bright acidity, a creamy texture and a clean mineral finish. Fresh without being overly light, with plenty of character.

🇦🇺 Yarra Yering Dry Red No. 1 2017 — Yarra Valley
A structured Australian Bordeaux-style blend led by Cabernet Sauvignon, with dark cassis, blackberry and plum layered with cedar, to***co, spice and earthy notes. Full-bodied, polished and tannic, with the depth and length you want from a bottle with some age.

One crisp & mineral. One dark & structured. Both worth knowing.
