This one goes way back. 🥓

Beltran’s Bacon has been part of the Chug’s story from the early days. Steak-cut, extra thick, and served with smoked maple, it’s our take on a diner classic and one that’s stuck around for a reason.

If you know, you know. And if you don’t, it might be time. 😌

Creamy, caramelized, and made in-house. 🍮

Our goat cheese flan puts a subtle, tangy twist on a classic favorite, creating a silky dessert that’s rich, balanced, and impossible to pass up. Even better alongside a Flan Old Fashioned.
