NEXT THURSDAY!!! 🇺🇾🍷 Bodega Garzón is coming to Amara to celebrate 10 years of its restaurant in Uruguay, known for seasonal cooking over fire + some SERIOUSLY spectacular wines!

Garzón Chef Nicolás Acosta joins our founding father Chef Michael Schwartz + Amara exec. Sous Maite Zarrabeitia for passed canapés and four courses including shrimp empanadas, duck confit, wood-grilled rib eye, coffee semifreddo + more. And yes, free-flowing Garzón wines all night poured by our very own Amanda Fraga. What more could you want?!

It’s Amanda’s Martini Monday 🍸 Our amazing Beverage Director + Sommelier picked two for today:

*Sidecar with cognac, Cointreau + lemon, served without the traditional sugar rim because Amanda likes hers a little drier.
*Mezcalita with mezcal, Cointreau, lime + agave. Basically Amanda’s go-to margarita, always served up.

We are SO excited to announce this one! 🌕✨Thursday night, the Sturgeon Moon rises over Biscayne Bay at around 7:33PM. It’s the last full moon of summer and we happen to have a pretty incredible front-row seat at Amara.

So obviiiiii we’re making a night of it!!!

We’re teaming up with our longtime partner Black River Caviar from Uruguay for one night only. Enjoy a 15g tin of Black River Imperial Caviar with crème fraîche, chives + potato chips for $48, plus our “Almost Fish & Chips Martini” with caviar-stuffed olives for $20.

MIAMI!!! We have some fun things happening for our Sunday Bayside Brunch Buffet!🌴 Our $98 brunch buffet has everything from grilled meats and raw bar to salads, pastas, desserts, fresh juices, smoothies + more. This Sunday, we’re adding a taco station!

There’s a live DJ every Sunday, except the last Sunday of the month when we bring in a live Cuban band. Next Sunday, we’re going all in with the band + a whole Cuban roasted pig with all the accoutrements 🇨🇺
