The account has been hacked. Instagram] is not at fault for the hack but they are at fault for having a horrible customer service experience. The imposters continue to use the account after I supposedly requested the account to be terminated since it could not be recovered. Yet, the account is still being used by imposters. Instagram] needs to find a better way to communicate with its members who need assistance with account issues.
