There’s nothing traditional about our play on a mapo tofu dish but you’ll still recognize all the flavors. Grilled Maitake is dressed with a green doubanjiang sauce made from fresh fava beans, green Sichuan peppercorn, Serrano chiles, and ramps. Bringing the brightness of spring into this traditionally spicy and numbing condiment. Finished off with crispy rice and a tofu espuma. Come experience this mapo tofu flipped on its head while our Spring menu is still here!
