Haven’t posted here in a while. It’s hard when you see so many pictures of our Dad, and others who have departed this earth. But this guy is still my all time favorite Saints player. Ran into him at Impastato’s and reminded him when he tailgated with us. He said you and Ted can cook, and it may not be in that order. He said the fried turkey was amazing as it was drenched in Five-O Seasoning. That means we played the dirty birds 28-3 Rich! I’m sure Zuppardo’s is closed tomorrow, but it’s BBQ season so help me back the blue. 100 percent of the proceeds go directly to Law Enforcement. No one gets a salary as it’s my gift back to JPSO as this was and is my brotherhood for 30 years and still is! PS-Isle 6 right hand side eye level in the seasoning section.

Put this on the veal chop, but cheated and used Zuppardos Crawfish Monica sauce to finish off the meal. Definitely didn’t disappoint.

Had the opportunity to boil 700 lbs. of crawfish for the Christian Brothers Foundation Golf Tournament. Couldn’t have asked for better weather, and it was great catching up with some of Jacob’s former teachers.

With the year coming to an end and thanks to all of you who supported this mission, we sold 588 jars of Five-O Tailgaters Thin Blue Line Seasoning at Zuppardo's Family Market. As planned $1.00 dollar of every jar sold would go towards training and equipment for Law Enforcement. As promised, I would match the first years total and today provided a check to the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office for $1,176.00.
