TANA is entering a more focused chapter centered around its food, service, and overall guest experience. Moving forward, the restaurant is refining its approach with a tighter operational footprint and a stronger emphasis on becoming the kind of true neighborhood restaurant guests can return to regularly, whether for a special occasion, a casual Sunday family dinner, or a lighter lunch during the week. The menu will continue leaning into Italian comfort food while highlighting the seasonality, freshness, and balance rooted in Chef ’s Italian training and culinary perspective.
As part of that evolution, we are introducing a new communal high top table designed to create a more approachable and social experience for walk-ins, casual cocktails, and happy hour, giving our guests a more flexible way to enjoy TANA!
While TANA sharpens that focus, a separate private club concept is also taking shape within the property, designed to remain discreet and intentionally understated for our more discerning clientele. Known as The Blue Room, the members only dinner club will maintain a limited profile, with applications available through the restaurant for those interested in learning more.
