On Tuesday, October 27, The Guadalupe on Main will host a one-night chef collaboration featuring Chef Jhomeny Ramos and Chef Leo Hudson of Chef Leo’s Food Lab.
This will be more than dinner. Throughout the evening, both chefs will introduce each dish, share the inspiration behind it, and explain some of the ingredients and techniques used to create it.
The evening will include:
🥂 A custom welcome cocktail
🔥 A collaborative three-course dinner
👨‍🍳 Stories and culinary insight from both chefs
Only 80 seats will be available.

MESA FRIENDS — WE NEED YOUR HELP! 🌵❤️
We’re working on a new program at The Guadalupe on Main called Mesa Meals, and we could use some help from our neighbors.
We’re looking to connect with 55+ communities, retirement communities, senior living communities, and mobile home/RV communities throughout Mesa that might be interested in an affordable weekly lunch option for their residents.
The idea is simple: the community collects the orders, we prepare and individually package everything fresh at The Guadalupe, and one community representative picks everything up for the residents.
Our goal is to offer a fresh, affordable $10 meal once a week while making it easy for the community to coordinate.
