Here we have: Blistered shish*to peppers! Wood-oven roasted shish*to peppers topped with tahini soy dressing, Maldon sea salt, and crispy shallots. Since we use gluten free soy sauce, this dish is gluten free and vegan, but most of all, delicious! (Contains soy and sesame.)

This creation comes from our pastry chef Paige. It’s topped with pesto, garlic cream, mozzarella, sliced beefsteak tomatoes, scamorza, aged Gouda, lemon zest, and balsamic glaze.

Do you love reading, Jim Bob’s Burgers, and free pizza as much as we do? Jim Bob’s Burgers, in collaboration with the Mesa Public Library and us here at Myke’s Pizza, is bringing us BOB IT, an incentivized reading program that rewards you with free pizza for reading.

Here’s how to participate:

Pick up a reading log from Worth Takeaway, Myke’s Pizza, of the Mesa Public Library.

Set your reading goal for October. What you read and how much you read is up to you. Choose a goal that matches your pace or challenge yourself a bit.

Accomplish your goal at least five days a week during the month of October until Jim Bob’s Burgers takes place (10/30 and 10/31).

Bring your reading log to the Jim Bob’s Burgers Pop Up on October 30 and 31 and receive a special “BOB IT” pin (while supplies last). Bring your pin to Myke’s Pizza on October 30, 31, or November 1 to receive a 6” personal cheese or pepperoni pizza (while supplies last).

If you knew Dan, you loved Dan. Dan’s fight with cancer ended on September 12, 2026. Dan’s family will be hosting his celebration of life on Sunday October 4th, 2026, from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at C***r Corps/Myke’s Pizza. It will be a come-and-go event — stay for a few minutes or stay for the entire time. Please RSVP at the link in our profile so we know how much pizza to make for everyone.

Dan started work at Myke’s Pizza back in 2022, and he continued to work there off and on (mostly on) until he took time off to focus on his health after his cancer diagnosis. Dan and I connected instantly over our mutual love of music, and he quickly became someone I trusted and loved. Dan was thorough, organized, and dependable, but more importantly, he was kind and a genuine friend. He was one of the best people I’ve ever known.

I miss him; we miss him. I’m sad he’s gone. I’m glad he’s no longer in pain.

I love you, Dan. I hope our paths cross again.

🚨 Peach pizza has returned! 🚨

We just received a very limited supply of Utah peaches! Special thank you and shout out to my dad Dan Olsen for tracking these down and personally delivering them to us.

Like I said, supply is very limited so if you missed out on the first round or if you want another before peaches are out of season till next year, don’t wait!
