Three New Bowls. Three Big Flavors.

We're continuing to roll out some exciting additions to our menu at Boulders on Southern, and these three new protein bowls are definitely worth trying!

Elote Bowl – Southwest-inspired flavors featuring seasoned chicken, roasted corn, cotija cheese, fresh cilantro, and a creamy drizzle.

Steak & Chimichurri Bowl – Tender steak over seasoned rice, topped with chimichurri, pickled red onions, roasted vegetables, and crumbled cheese.

Teriyaki Rice Bowl – Savory teriyaki-glazed chicken served over rice with roasted vegetables, pineapple, and fresh green onions.

Something fresh is coming to Boulders!

We're soft rolling three of our new salads TODAY ONLY and would love for you to give them a try!

Fig Salad – Dried white figs, cranberries, pecans, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and our house-made apple c***r vinaigrette.

Buffalo Chicken Salad – Crispy buffalo chicken, fresh greens, blue cheese crumbles, and plenty of crunch.

Sesame Ginger Salad – Fresh, colorful, and loaded with flavor, finished with our house-made sesame ginger vinaigrette.

We're putting the finishing touches on our new menu, and today is your chance to get a sneak peek!

NEW FIG SALAD – A combination of dried white figs, cranberries, pecans, cherry tomatoes, and red onion, finished with our scratch-made Apple C***r Vinaigrette. A perfect balance of sweet, savory, and tangy.

We're rolling out our NEW MENU over the next week, and today we're kicking things off with something special!

Introducing our Roast Turkey French Dip — tender, house-roasted turkey layered with caramelized onions, dried cranberries, Swiss cheese, and house-made horseradish aioli, all piled onto a toasted garlic Parmesan Amoroso roll. Served with savory turkey jus for dipping.

A little sweet, a little savory, and a whole lot of delicious!

Catch college football Saturday and NFL Sunday with our new Game Day Brunch: the Boulders Breakfast Burger, Brunch Crunchwrap, Chicken & Waffles, shareable Loaded Breakfast Tots, Hangover Burrito, and Avocado Breakfast Bowl.

Saturday: Half-price chicken wings
Sunday: All Day Happy Hour

Game day drinks include $6 Bloody Marys, $5 mimosas, $15 mimosa carafes, and $7 domestic pitchers (32 oz).
