Mini burritos made with local 6” tortillas, filled with our infamous Spanish rice, black beans, sweet chiles, green onion and poblano peppers. Then came mesquite-grilled chicken skewers with poblano and red onion, served with a smoky chipotle mayo.

What does a professional chef do when he specializes in , , and catering for the past 16 years when he’s at home with the family?
