When it comes to an event, food is more than just a meal—it’s an experience. All of our clients have come to us as referrals from other clients. Bon Appétit!

Creative Hands Cuisine has been quietly orchestrating celebrity caliber events in Phoenix since 2002 under the guidance of Certified Executive Chef Douglas Brochu and his wife Camille, founders and owners. Chef Doug as his friends and clients call him has trained all over the United States including North Carolina, Phoenix and New York where he apprenticed under one of only a few master chefs in the world. He graduated from The Scottsdale Culinary Institute 18 years ago and since has worked in several of the high end resorts here in the valley. In the past, Creative Hands Cuisine had never advertised and wasn't even listed in the telephone book. The large majority of our events are returning clients who are ecstatic with our cuisine, beverage and service we have to offer. We are proud to have an impressive client list including G Collection, Desert Foothills, Agave of Sedona, Desert Botanical Garden, Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts, Mesa Arts Center and many more. We have enjoyed a lengthy relationship with Nordstrom Department Stores in Scottsdale and Chandler, hosting events for crowds of 25-2,000 over the past 12 years. We owe much of our success to the innovative culinary creations of Chef Doug with his emphasis on Contemporary American Cuisine. That combined with impeccable service and a truly friendly service staff has helped propel our success. Whether you are planning an intimate soiree or a corporate function for thousands, we can offer a much more personable approach than other catering companies. Every event is custom designed to meet the needs of each client. No two parties are alike. We want your guests to taste your style, not some pre-planned cookie cutter menu. Details make the event and that’s where we come in. We would love to meet with you personally to discuss your plans for a fabulous event.

We LOVE finding unique ways to present our menus, and serving dinner right on a cedar plank definitely makes a statement! Because sometimes switching up the presentation is all it takes to turn dinner into part of the experience.

Our Deconstructed Sushi Martini takes all those sushi flavors we love and turns them into one seriously elevated presentation!

Fingerling potatoes getting perfectly crisp right on our Nouveau Grill! Because why just serve delicious food when we can make the preparation part of the experience too?!

Our busy event season is right around the corner, and we’re looking for some amazing new faces to join our Compass Crew!

We’re currently hiring event staff to help us bring some pretty incredible events to life all across the Valley (and beyond!).

If you love working with people, don’t mind a fast-paced environment, and want a job where no two shifts look quite the same — we’d love to meet you! Email [email protected] for more information!

We will ALWAYS say yes to hand-passed hors d’oeuvres! They’re the perfect way to kick off your celebration, give your guests something tasty to enjoy while they mingle, and sneak a few extra fun flavors into your menu!
