happy 7th birthday to my first baby 🫶🏼 extra thankful lately for the idea I had at 22 to start selling the meals that I would bring for lunch to my part-time retail job. little did I know it would completely change my life, thank you all for being here and being a part of PBB's evolution 💚 over 400,000 meals later and we are just getting started 🥹

what I ate in a day! my goal is always balance when it comes to what I'm fueling myself with each day. lots of protein, striving for balanced nutrients in (most) meals, and of course daily yummy treats for me and for baby!! sometimes baby wants PBB meal prep AND Culvers in the same day, I don't make the rules 🤷🏼‍♀️💧🍳🥯🍊🍟🍨

every year, us small business owners who work in health & fitness, typically see a slow as the holidays roll around! everyone is lightening up on the fitness and meal prep routines, adding more fun, family, food and vacation in, so why shouldn't I do the same!? the last 6 years I've approached this season with so much stress & and anxiety and have basically just hustled through the holidays to keep business flowing as close to "normal" as I can. this year, our 7th (😱😱😱) holiday season, I'm letting myself slow down WITH the holiday slow. sounds so dramatic but I'm so excited to slow down and not hustle so hard for a few months 🥲🥹🫶🏼✨
