This year marks 10 years of catering experience and 4 years being my full time and only job. I take BBQ real serious. Let me show you.

I can also show up with my smoker and set up a buffet or do a drop off. As part of my drop off program I bring everything you need for the buffet line and set it up for you before I leave.

Two of my favorite types of catering to do is weddings because they’re on a strict timeframe, I have to be discipline and I like the flow of weddings. And second is business events. When all others want me to cater on the weekend, I love making money on a Wednesday or a Thursday, plus these businesses, manufacturing has a lot of employees! Pictures from a business event 💚

Saturday was a great day and turnout for both my food trailers. 603 Smok’n Que parked next to the was a lot of fun. We are back to the catering grind at 603 with five jobs this week, but the Punks Trailer is open as usual Thursday, Friday & Saturday 11:30-7. We have so much catering lined up this summer, but I would like to do the two trucks open at the same time more regularly in the fall. Thank you who came🙏

We are selling to the public this Saturday (6/6) I had a rare Saturday without catering and I thought what better than to have Punks Burgers & Wings and 603 Smok’n Que selling at the same time. The food court will be open starting at 11:30. More info👇 I hope to see you there.

I want to share pictures from last week. We served over 300 people with catering jobs, one out of our food trailer and two doing buffet set up.

Now through October, weekend availability is low. I definitely have Sundays available. More availability during the week, we love business parties and corporate events. So please email me if your company is planning one [email protected]

On our website, we have a menu with prices per person, many packages to choose from. We do smoked meats, grilled meats, all homemade sides, Smashburger parties out of the trailer, pig roast and appetizers.

Parked in front of Seasonal Specialty Stores in Amherst NH 03031. This is Meadow Brook Plaza everyone. Same plaza as Lowes and Supercuts.

Dropping a menu on my story later in the week. You can expect brisket, pulled pork, ribs, mac and cheese, pineapple cole slaw and more on the menu.
