Bite Me Kupcakez has been baking up delicious gluten-free goodies since May 2011. Founder and baker, Debbie Atamanchuk, began cooking and baking gluten-free after her daughter, Rebecca, was diagnosed with a gluten allergy. Debbie was determined to make sure Rebecca could still enjoy all her favorites—a life without bread, pasta, cookies, and cake just didn’t seem fair. And so, she began her quest

to the perfect gluten-free substitutes. After years of experimenting with everything from rice flour to corn and coconut flour, she did! **We sold out today!** 🎉

It’s been a while since we’ve had to flip the sign and close up early, and it honestly feels amazing. This week we’ve met so many new faces trying us for the first time, and watched some of you already turning into regulars. That’s the whole reason we do this.

We’re in the kitchen right now trying to get more baked and frosted, but either way we’ll see everybody tomorrow morning at 9:30, fully restocked!

And get ready, this weekend we’re kicking off **Teacher’s Favorite Flavors!** We’re highlighting some of your local teachers (maybe even your kid’s teacher from this year) by featuring their favorite cupcake flavor. Keep an eye out, we’ll be posting all weekend.

🩵🎉 Sprinkles, smiles, and a whole lot of sweetness! 🧁

This blue and white confetti cake is extra special because it was created by the little girl in the photo. When the last photo was taken, Rebecca’s mother was running the show—pouring her heart and hard work into the bakery and creating memories along the way.

And now, that little girl in the photo has grown up and is working for the very business Rebecca’s mother built. A beautiful reminder that the sweetest traditions are the ones passed down through generations.

A confetti cake, a little family history, and a whole lot of love… it really does come full circle. 🧁💗🎂
