🇺🇸 A LITTLE REMINDER FROM THE LOBSTER BOAT RESTAURANT 🦞❤️🤍💙

It’s campaign season here in New Hampshire, and there’s certainly an extra bit of excitement in the air! We are fortunate to have many candidates visit The Lobster Boat Restaurant, and we truly appreciate being thought of as a place to stop, say hello, and connect with our community.

With that said, we’d like to share a little something that is important to us. The Lobster Boat Restaurant is, and always will be, a nonpartisan, nonpolitical business. We don’t endorse candidates, or ask anyone to check their personal beliefs at the door.

In fact, if you look around our Lobster Boat family, you’ll find that we are about half blue and half red. 💙❤️ And you know what? We get along beautifully.

We respect one another’s thoughts, beliefs, opinions, and choices. We support one another, celebrate one another, and show up for each other in ways that go far beyond what anyone would ever expect from a workplace. We may not always agree, but we never lose sight of the fact that we are people first.

And honestly? We think that’s a pretty beautiful picture of what being American is all about. 🇺🇸

Different perspectives. Different beliefs. Different choices. One family.

We welcome politicians and candidates from all parties and all points of view to stop by, say hello, and enjoy a conversation with our guests. We simply ask that everyone who walks through our doors understands who we are and respects the spirit of our establishment: a place where people come together over good food, good company, and a shared love of community.

There is room at our table for everyone, as long as we meet one another with respect, kindness, and grace.

Because at the end of the day, we are not red or blue. We are your neighbors, your friends, your servers, your cooks, your community, and your Lobster Boat family. 🦞⛴️❤️

And we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Here’s to a season of respectful conversations, open minds, and remembering that we have far more in common than we sometimes think. 🇺🇸
