If anyone is looking for something fun to do for dinner, head on down to 107 Bait Shack - Miniature Golf - Ice Cream between 4pm-7pm today for some wood fired pizza! Word on the street is that they are going to have some really awesome barbecue pizzas tonight! We also highly recommend grabbing some ice cream after because it’s just so delicious, and if you’re feeling guilty about eating too many calories, then just play a round of mini golf to work the calories off. Something exciting is happening over here… our food truck is getting a facelift!

Right now it’s covered in primer and definitely not looking like much, but just wait a few days. We’ve got a whole new look in the works and we can’t wait to show you the finished product.

Karla is holding down the cash register today, so you’re guaranteed a big smile, a good laugh and probably a conversation you didn’t know you needed.

WAUSAU. THIS IS NOT A DRILL.

Amazin’ Blazin’ BBQ is taking our butts to the TOP OF RIB MOUNTAIN TODAY starting at 4:30 PM.

Yes. We said BUTTS.
Pulled pork butts, specifically. Keep it classy, Wisconsin!

There will be music!!!

Okay, we may have fabricated the lineup a bit...

But the BRISKET is real.
The RIBS are real.
The PULLED PORK is real.

And the possibility of you eating enough BBQ to require medical assistance getting back down the mountain is also very real.

So grab your spouse, your cousin, your neighbor, your ex, your ex’s new boyfriend, or that guy you met at the Kwik Trip who somehow became your best friend after discussing the Packers for 45 minutes.

Get your butt to the top of Rib Mountain.
We’ll be there starting at 4:30 PM, slinging BBQ like Wisconsin has never seen before.

Come hungry.
Come thirsty.
Wear stretchy pants.

And for the love of cheese curds, DO NOT show up after everything is gone and ask, “You got any brisket left?”

Because we will cry.

And nobody wants to see grown adults crying.
