Felicitations! The time of pies has dawned upon us! 🥧🥧🥧
In view of this, we have prepared something very special indeed! 🤫
We trust you will find it to be a joyful accompaniment to all the season’s pastries. (In particular it is amazing as a companion to pies of fruit.) 🤗

To make this delight, we take honey 🍯 and gently heat it until the sugars achieve a deliciously fragrant caramelization. Then we mix that up together with some fine rich, tangy, buttermilk.🐮 The resultant pairing is nothing short of astounding and your Christmas🎄 dinners will certainly never be the same again! 👌

While we are certainly wholehearted devotees of Mr Kellogg’s marvelous new Cornflakes, 🐓 we do occasionally lament that some people no longer find the time for a traditional warm breakfast. 🥲At least, we shall always have the inspiration of dear old Mexico City!

With fresh corn 🌽(infused into our ice cream,) homemade cinnamon sugar churro chunks 🤤 (swirled in later,) and crafted from scratch, coffee ☕️ caramel ribbons (because why ever not,) we feel we can take our place as a steady bulwark for the joys of a more wholesome 😇 way to establish the morning. 🌞

What an enchanting idea! 🥰Our only regret is that no one has yet refashioned this delightful melange into a Victwardian theme. 😢 Alas, perhaps some day! 🤗

In the interim, we have confected our own delight in honor of our favorite fair treat- the chocolate cheesecake on a stick! 🤩 Our homage features mouthwatering Chocolate 🍫 Cheesecake Ice Cream ribboned with thick Caramel and studded with big chunks of our house made Grand Crackers! 🤤🤤😮

One of the most impressive (and oddly now forgotten,) wonders of the world was the fabled Crystal Palace! 💠💠💠

An enormous (990,000 sq ft,) marvel of glass, it went up in record time (39 weeks,) 💪and despite being intended for only the few months of Great Britain’s 🇬🇧 Great Exhibition (the first worlds fair,) it stood tall in the middle of London for a whopping 85 years! 🤯

As a way to nostalgically reach back to this glorious architectural triumph of our dear old Romantic Era, we are presenting you with our own culinary triumph! 😁🤩

A glorious concoction of Salted Caramel 🍨(no flavorings here ladies and gentlemen, just real- unbelievably good, home brewed caramel,) and generous hunks of our very own snackable🥨 brittle! We call it:

According to Southern lore, local folk hero, Tony Beaver (think Paul Bunyan 🪓 with a drawl,) averted a flood and saved a town by dumping molasses and peanuts into the river. It’s rather hot in the south and apparently the water was warm enough to boil the ingredients through the hard crack stage 😏 …thereby creating 🥜 brittle!!

We take it back of course, making our brittle from scratch using real Grandma’s Molasses 👵 👵👵👵

And while we’ve done 🥜 plenty of times, on this occasion, we subbed them out in favor of some salty 🥨. Which, along with the piquant candy, convey a wonderfully satisfying double crunch! 😁😁😘

Cinnamon and Brown Sugar… siiiiigh….swooooon…..are two of our very favorite ingredients! ☺️

And thus, we begin the year of our Lord, two thousand and twenty three with a pressing need for……..caffeination 😮😋

Not to worry, we have just the thing! 🙌😁

Our bold coffee ice cream swirled with luxurious melted chocolate to form a mocha truly worthy of approbation! 🤤 Not content to stop there, we took the liberty of adding a bundle of Trader Joes fabulous British Toffee chunks! 🇬🇧
