Had such a great weekend at the Wedding Show at Expo Idaho! Thank you for stopping by and chatting with us and of course eating our amazing food! We are once again humbled and very thankful to everyone that has crossed our path and allowed us to be a part of their lives. It takes a village and we are that! We are the team that will take your experience in food and service to a level that only the best can imagine. We work very hard to ensure that your needs and wants are met with grace and amazing food! We love that we are the only caterer in the Treasure Valley to win best of weddings, but to also be in the Hall of Fame for seven years straight and counting! As our year has come to an end, we wanted to extend our gratitude to all of you who have allowed us to come into your lives! We have fed 8,983 people at 95 different events throughout 2025! We will always be humbled and forever grateful to all of you.

Thank goodness for the amazing and talented staff at Pel-Appino Catering, it cannot be done without you! A HUGE shout out to Brittany Leniz, for always saying that I could do it and "you will be okay, we will figure it out". I am thankful to my late husband Joe, to whom I credit for taking this huge leap of faith and praying that I will be okay! To my sons, Michael, Josh and Anthony! I love you more than you will ever know! To the wives, Cory and Haley and my beautiful grandchildren, Madilyn, Zoey, Carson and Luca - Grandma Cat loves you.
