I have been really enjoying this new adventure of making sausage And thinking about all the different flavors and styles I can come up with.
One in mind is a taco sausage.
I am thinking the classic white people taco we all grew up with all beef stuffed with cheese onions and olive. Served on a bun with shredded, lettuce tomatoes and sour cream.
I know it would be easier to just make a taco but this would be a fun alternative.
What is everyone else's thoughts on it.
Also what flavor of sausage would you like to see. Help me come up with something delicious and off the wall.

**Update**
Another batch of smoked sausage.
This one is a pork sausage and an original
Recipe that I personally developed. It is very reminiscent of a bratwurst. This batch turned out better than I could have hoped. Nice mild flavor and a great texture juicy with an awesome snap when you bite into it.
If you want some the price will be $15.00 a package or $25.00 for two. If they are like the last batch they will go fast so don't hesitate. Message me how many you want.

*Update*
As for now all the jalapeno and cheese are spoken for and I only have 2 of the original hotlinks left

If anyone is interested in trying some.
I have 5 packages of original hotlinks and 4 packages of jalapeno and cheese hotlinks. Each package is over a pound of links averaging around 1 and 1/4 pound fully cooked and cured. Made with usda prime brisket so other then the casings they are all beef.
I am asking $15.00 per package or 2 packages for $25.00. Message me if you are interested.
