WE SOLD OUT TODAY! 🥩🔥 We went through all of our ribeye today, which is absolutely incredible!

The response has been way beyond anything we expected, and we are so incredibly grateful for all of your support. ❤️

We’re a small team committed to producing the highest-quality cheesesteak possible, and that takes time. We’re working hard to increase our supply and keep up with the demand without sacrificing quality. 💪🏆

We’re currently working on a special order of ribeye for tomorrow and will keep you updated as soon as we know exactly when we can expect it at the shop. 🥩👀

🥖 PHILLY CHEESESTEAKS ARE HERE! 🥩

Starting tomorrow, October 8th, Philly Cheesesteaks are officially on the menu!

After weeks of trial and error, I’ve worked to perfect every detail—from the cheese-to-steak ratio to the homemade sesame seed bread—to create the cheesesteak I’ve had envisioned from the very beginning.

Our bread is made from scratch in-house, and the goal was simple: make a cheesesteak that feels truly authentic to Philly while bringing it right here to Meredith.

I’m finally confident enough to say: this is the one. 🏆

Come try it tomorrow! 🥩🧀🥖

We’ll be serving them until we sell out of our homemade bread for the day. Our homemade sesame seed bread will be used exclusively for the cheesesteaks. We’ll continue using our Piantedosi bread, baked in Massachusetts, for all of our other sandwiches.
