Hey Roanoke family,

We’ve made the call: The Roanoke Inn will be completely CLOSED today (both kitchen and bar).

At midnight last night, it was still well over 100 degrees in our kitchen. With today’s forecast set to shatter a heat record that’s stood since 1994, asking our team to work in these conditions just isn't an option. Our crew—especially our hard-working kitchen staff—is the true heart and soul of The Roanoke Inn, and their safety and health come before everything else. ❤️

We're giving our entire team the day off to cool down, stay hydrated, and rest up.

Stay inside, crank the AC, and stay safe out there, Mercer Island! We’ll see you as soon as things cool down. 🧊🍻

📢 Important Announcement for Our Roanoke Family 📢

Please note that The Roanoke Inn will be closed for the duration of the day on Friday 10th July.

We will return to our normal business hours on Saturday 11th July, and we can't wait to see you all!

We are especially looking forward to kicking off the weekend and celebrating with everyone for Mercer Island's Summer Celebration 2026! ☀️🎡
