☀️ Could Daylight Saving Time be here to stay?

You’ve probably seen it all over the news, Congress is once again working on making Daylight Saving Time permanent, meaning we may never have to “fall back” again. The bill recently passed the U.S. House and now heads to the Senate before it could become law.

So... what would that mean for October weddings in Wisconsin? 👰🍂🍷

✨ More evening daylight = later sunsets (about an hour later than we’re used to).
✨ More time for those dreamy golden-hour portraits without rushing dinner or cocktail hour.
✨ Couples could start getting ready a little later without sacrificing daylight.
✨ Guests would enjoy more daylight for outdoor ceremonies, lawn games, cocktail hour, and vineyard views.
✨ Less pressure to move everything indoors before the sun disappears.

Imagine saying “I do” surrounded by vibrant fall colors... and still having sunshine for family photos, couples portraits, and that magical golden glow. 🌅

Of course, there are trade-offs too, winter mornings would stay darker, but for wedding lovers? We’d happily take an extra hour of evening sunshine! 😍
