Twenty years ago, Sal’s became Sal’s—but if we’re being honest, this celebration is about so much more than a name on the building. We know many of you have been with Pops & family since the Maiden Voyage days and you’ve been part of every chapter that brought us here.
Over the years, we’ve poured a lot of drinks, shared countless laughs, celebrated birthdays, weddings, retirements, championships and new beginnings. We’ve been there for fundraisers, celebrations of life, reunions, first dates and Friday nights that turned into lifelong friendships. Somewhere along the way, our customers became our friends, our coworkers became family and this little neighborhood bar became something much bigger than we ever imagined.
To every past and present employee who worked behind the pine, in the kitchen or helped keep this place running in whatever way—thank you. Your hard work, personalities and dedication have shaped Sal’s into what it is today.
To every customer who has ever pulled up a barstool, played a game of pool, cheered on the Packers, celebrated a milestone or simply stopped in for “just one” (we know how that goes 😉)- thank you for making Sal’s feel like home.
You are the reason we’ve been fortunate enough to spend the last 20 years doing what we love.
Whether you’ve been Sal’s-ing for years, you’ve been with us since the Maiden Voyage days or you’re new to the crew, we’d love nothing more than to celebrate with you.
