Our community has been through a lot, and I'm honored to be a small part of helping the recovery. I'll be making homemade cupcakes for the Comfort Ovens fundraiser to support families affected by the Menasha tornado.

Every dollar raised goes directly toward helping our neighbors rebuild.

If you're in the Appleton area, stop by their self-serve fundraiser cart on Monday or Tuesday, pick up some incredible homemade sourdough bread (and maybe a cupcake if you catch one before they're gone!), and help support a great cause.

As we continue coming together to support our community, we’re asking for your help by donating homemade baked goods for our fundraiser.

After seeing the devastation across Menasha and our neighboring communities, my heart is with everyone who has been affected by Monday's tornado.

Seeing the damage has been heartbreaking. I'm incredibly grateful for the first responders, utility crews, volunteers, and my own neighbors who have been working tirelessly to help others.

If you or someone you know is cleaning up, recovering, or simply trying to get through the day, please know you're in my thoughts. This community has always shown up for one another, and I know we'll get through this together.

Please stay safe and take care of each other. ❤️

A few people asked if my Chocolate Espresso Cake could be made in a smaller size, so now it's available in both 4" and 6" versions.

Rich chocolate cake layered with espresso buttercream, silky salted caramel, and a touch of flaky sea salt.

It's one of my favorite flavor combinations I've made so far—bold espresso, deep chocolate, and just enough caramel to bring everything together without being overly sweet.

Available for pickup Saturday, June 20 at the Fox Valley Artisan Market.
