A little anniversary cake that proves you don't need a big cake to make a statement.

This 4-inch chocolate espresso cake was ordered as a gift for a couple celebrating their first anniversary. I worked their colors into the buttercream roses and added a little trailing floral vine around the bottom.

Fun fact: I learned to pipe flowers years ago while working in my mom's wedding cake sweatshop. Apparently those skills never fully leave. 😂

All buttercream, all handmade.

A little taste of fall. 🍎

Apple cake layered with caramel Swiss meringue buttercream, finished with a caramel spiral and dried apple slices.

I’m thinking this one may need to make a special fall appearance at Cloud Nine Cakes. What do you think?

Four cakes. Four flavors. One very sweet wedding. 🤍

I had the privilege of creating the cakes for a beautiful rustic barn wedding this weekend — including a two-tier vanilla cake with raspberry filling, caramel apple with caramel Swiss meringue buttercream, chocolate espresso salted caramel, and classic chocolate.

I loved creating a collection where every cake had its own personality while still feeling like it belonged on the same table.

And that caramel apple may need a permanent spot on the Cloud Nine menu. 🍎

Our community has been through a lot, and I'm honored to be a small part of helping the recovery. I'll be making homemade cupcakes for the Comfort Ovens fundraiser to support families affected by the Menasha tornado.

Every dollar raised goes directly toward helping our neighbors rebuild.

If you're in the Appleton area, stop by their self-serve fundraiser cart on Monday or Tuesday, pick up some incredible homemade sourdough bread (and maybe a cupcake if you catch one before they're gone!), and help support a great cause.

Every purchase makes a difference.

After seeing the devastation across Menasha and our neighboring communities, my heart is with everyone who has been affected by Monday's tornado.

Seeing the damage has been heartbreaking. I'm incredibly grateful for the first responders, utility crews, volunteers, and my own neighbors who have been working tirelessly to help others.

If you or someone you know is cleaning up, recovering, or simply trying to get through the day, please know you're in my thoughts. This community has always shown up for one another, and I know we'll get through this together.

Please stay safe and take care of each other. ❤️

Chocolate + espresso + Nutella.

I don't know if this one just tied or beat my Salted Caramel Espresso cake. 🤎

🦋 Butterflies, pastels, and a little bit of magic. ✨

This tall 6-inch birthday cake features soft pastel stripes, hand-piped buttercream, shimmering butterflies, and just enough sparkle to make any celebration feel extra special.

Every cake is made from scratch and decorated by hand, so no two are ever exactly alike—and that's part of the magic. 💕

Meet the Salted Caramel Honey Vanilla. 🍯

Soft vanilla bean cake layered with silky honey vanilla bean buttercream and a ribbon of salted caramel. Sweet, buttery, and perfectly balanced with just a touch of salt.

Sometimes simple flavors are the ones you remember.
