Attention all golfers for Friday ⛳️
Hello all,
First of a huge THANK YOU for joining us in our 1st Annual Prime Time Golf Outing, benefitting the Just Jess Foundation. Here is the link to their organization if you would like to check it out and see what a great cause we are supporting. https://www.justjessfoundation.org (https://www.justjessfoundation.org/)
Just Jess helps give young adults who are raising families and facing a critical cancer diagnosis the vacation of a lifetime. With my work at the Cancer Center, I can tell you firsthand these memories are truly treasured by all involved!
We are excited to say we have filled our registration with 30 teams. All golfers will receive 2 drink tickets for the course as well as 1 drink ticket to be used at Prime Time.
Here is the agenda for the day of the outing:
830am - Registration opens, Driving range open and raffle ticket sales begin
945am - Welcome and announcements at the carts
10am - Shotgun start
12pm - Lunch will be delivered on the course featuring subs
3pm - Golfers will be returning to the clubhouse, enjoy a drink then head to Prime Time
330-4pm - Golfers will arrive at Prime Time
4pm - Dinner
430pm - Winners announced
5pm - Tami starts drinking....heavily! (Sorry, guess that was my agenda only)
🚗Parking..... This is going to be the trickiest part of our return to Prime Time. I would ask that we try to park away from the business as we will still be having our Friday fish fry. There is parking across the street from Prime Time (Fox Tire) and we can use the street for parking. I will try to have someone there to suggest locations for parking. If you do need to park in the lot due to mobility issues, feel free. Otherwise, please refrain from using the lot.
Thank you all for joining us and helping make this a crazy and fun event for a great cause! As this is our first event, I am going to say I appreciate your patience as we figure out what we are doing LOL!
The memories we have, the peace we felt while we were there was something I wasn't expecting. It's hard to say in words how for even just a few days; our hearts could remember what life was like before cancer.
