It’s a feature Friday over here—chef’s weekly fish feature is up first: Pan roasted red snapper, roasted sweet potatoes and sugar snap peas, served over a homegrown cowhorn pepper and masaman curry sauce, topped with tomato basil salad. (Disappeared incredibly fast during pre-shift staff tasting.)

Next up: Shishido peppers tossed in a house seasoning blend.

Last: Pork soup dumplings, paired with angel hair shredded Napa cabbage, sautéed bok choy, and baby corn in a Korean barbecue broth.

Doors just opened, happy hour goes till eight, it’s hot as…. so patio won’t open until 8! See yall soon 🥹

Hey all you little late nighters, you’re seeing this first. On Wednesdays we’re starting a $10 cover for DJ night.

While we can’t fit everything into a minute and a half video, we can give you the gist. We love supporting local arts, we know yall do too. This will allow us to compensate them the way they deserve, while providing an overall better experience and investing in the experience we want to provide in the future.

In the meantime, we are extending happy hour on Wednesdays until 9 to offset the cover for our returning regulars, we’re looking forward to the new vibe at swamp.
