We will make it your way! All of our burgers are 8 oz Angus. Cooked to order to your liking. We have 11 burgers to choose from. If you don’t see one you like we will make one just the way you liked it. Wes loved lots of blue cheese on his burger.

Elwood’s New
Garden Turkey Melt
Smoked Turkey, Swiss Cheese, Zucchini ,Squash, Cucumbers, Onions, Aioli on Sourdough. Hint of honeysuckle,marigolds, squash blossoms and onions blossoms in every bite.
The vegetables came straight from our farm in Texas to Memphis. One of kind Spring Sandwich. 🌸

Great news first pick is in and oh boy great things to come out of this garden this year. If we continue to get no hail this garden going to one of my best. This first pick is coming back to Memphis and will be a special next week at Elwood’s Shack. I’m going to bring back our smoked turkey melt with spring vegetables next week. We ran it as a special a few years and was a hit. I’ll julienne all these first pick veggies with the marigold petals and spices and quick brine. . A real from our farm to your table.
