That one pepper plan grew like crazy at the restaurant. These two pods are getting chopped up and added as an afterthought to star in our spicy vegetable soup; fresh, flavorful, soulful.

My business philosophy since birth has always been: “Watch your pennies and the dollars will take care of themselves.” After all these years with that mindset I have yet to become a millionaire, so I’m changing my tactics at Marvs Restaurant and Lounge to: “Put your employees first and the dollars will follow.”
I need one assistant to manage and help me run the whole thing; kitchen, bar, pay-window , out-front grill, and Ho**ah Lounge.
