Well, I can’t post on the Arlington page anymore, so I hope this gets to people who live here. We are open for lunch and dinner every Monday so come check us out for a plate lunch or your favorite sandwich. We have the Memphis Reuben, the chicken avocado club, the muffaletta melt, and the new meatloaf melt. We are a whole clean food restaurant. All of our bread is made from a sourdough starter that is 235 years old. We brined and smoke our own meat, we make our dressings and pickles, and even our sauerkraut. It is clean whole food made with care, love, and skill.

It’s just come to my attention that today is national burger day. To celebrate, the Arlington location will be selling our classic burger or Memphis barbecue burger with one side for $9 for as long as I have burgers. I only have 30 so don’t wait.

I’ll bet there are 30 to 40,000 people within six or 7 miles of Chef Jeff that have no idea who we are. Our Memphis location serves breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday. We are a whole clean food restaurant with dine in and takeout, in person and online ordering. All of our bread products are made from a 235-year-old sourdough starter named Isabel. We have hands down the best grits in town. Stop by on your way to work and get a sourdough biscuit or a grits bowl or a biscuit gravy bowl or the best breakfast burrito you can imagine. We are at 1825 Vanderhorn Drive just off Pleasant view Covington Pike. Come try sourdough waffles, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, and biscuits with real homemade gravy.

We haven’t really had the discussion of sweets tonight. I have a very fresh batch of homemade banana pudding, brand new sourdough cinnamon rolls, Keylime pie, and pecan pie. The etouffee did so well on Monday that I have made another batch and I have plenty of that too. Come and join us tonight at Chef Jeff Arlington.
