We sure missed the Mississippi River this week at the Memphis in May World Championship BBQ Cooking Competition but enjoyed cooking and competing all the same!

Another successful year at the Memphis in May International Festival World Championship BBQ Cooking Contest is in the books. Team member, Matt Butler defended his title and earned back to back Sauce Wrestling belts. Thanks to everyone that came out!
