The latest update on Piste Lapin: I have been keeping a low profile on catering gigs, focusing most of my time at my day job. I'm in the process of getting a business plan together for Piste Lapin's first permanent entity, a food truck. As many of you are aware, the merger with William Haley did not prove to be solid, so I will continue to push forward. I'm not knocking him, he's a great guy and mean no bad PR towards him. The business plan is nearly halfway finished, and I will not stop until I am successful!! Be on the lookout, hopefully by the end of August I will launch the fundraiser to kick off the food truck:)
