So Gf Dinner Ready Meals

Want the goodness of a home cooked meal without the restaurant prices or having to slave away in the kitchen after a long day of work? So GF dinner ready meals are the answer!

Served fresh to order weekly. Every one of our meals is completely gluten free and CELIAC SAFE.
Pickup will be between 3 pm and 6 pm Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in East Memphis off of Highland & I-40. Delivery available upon request for minimal fee based on distance. Orders must be submitted 48 hours in advance.
We are willing to omit onions, capers, or any other not-a-fan of ingredients from any of our recipes upon request! Just ask!

We are accepting orders NOW! Soonest available pick up date 11/14. Place your orders for Monday before 3pm tomorrow😋✨
