We’re thrilled to announce that Central Station Hotel will be opening a brand-new restaurant this fall! While we’re sad to say goodbye to Bishop on July 7th, we can’t wait to share our exciting new dining experience with Memphis and our visitors.

“Though it’s bittersweet to close Bishop, we’re pumped about evolving our world-class dining and cocktail programs with an awesome new concept,” said McLean Wilson, Principal at Kemmons Wilson Companies. “Huge thanks to Andy Ticer, Michael Hudman, the South Main Arts District, and all of Memphis for the love and support. Your encouragement fuels our journey into this next chapter.”
