We are pleased to announce that South of the Caribbean Islands Foods will be a featured vendor at the 4th Annual International Festival, sponsored by the DeSoto County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. The event will take place this Saturday, June 6, 2026, from 10am to 4pm. As with previous events, South of the Caribbean Islands Foods will be premiering their new sauce and seasoning.

We are pleased to announce the launch of our two new sauces, set to debut next month. The first sauce, our Lotus Garlic Bomb Hot Sauce, is a pungent and savory condiment designed specifically for garlic aficionados. This signature sauce boasts a pronounced garlic flavor profile, expertly blended with chili peppers. By utilizing premium red scotch bonnet peppers, red jalapeños, and Thai chilies, we achieve an intense garlic flavor experience complemented by moderate heat, tanginess, savory notes, and subtle sweetness. Our second new sauce is a tribute to M-Town, The Original Memphis Inferno Sauce. This sauce distinguishes itself through its perfect balance of heat and sweetness in a harmonious blend. Combining the intense heat of scotch bonnet peppers and aged cayenne pepper with garlic and robust spices, this bold sauce is balanced by the subtle sweetness of peach.
