When my kids were growing up, they always asked me to make Spam musubi for school trips or anytime they were traveling. We lived in Hawaii for many years, where Spam musubi is a staple and everyone has their own version of it. And if you know Koreans… you know we love Spam too. 

So here’s my take on it: Garlic Gochujang Spam Musubi. Sweet, savory, garlicky, with a good spicy kick 🍙🧄🌶️
