Big news! We are so excited to announce that Eve La Cubanita is coming to Saint Cloud! 🇨🇺☕️

We’re putting the finishing touches on everything and working as quickly as possible. We are fully licensed with the State of Florida and the City. The only things we’re waiting on are our alcohol license and the installation of our kitchen, which is scheduled for this week.

If everything goes as planned, we’re hoping to have a soft opening next weekend! 🎉

We can’t thank you enough for your love, support, and encouragement. Without you, none of this would be possible. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. We can’t wait to welcome you to our new Saint Cloud location and serve you authentic Cuban food and coffee.

I think the crew at Eve La Cubanita are trying to turn a non coffee drinker into a Cuban coffee drinker…. I may not sleep tonight, but this Cafe Bombon is amazing.

Eve La Cubanita (located at the corner of US1 and New Haven in Downtown Melbourne) is today’s destination for lunch for two reasons. First, it’s and they started with a food truck (that is still sitting here if they need it) and second, because I had decided thanks to your participation that I was going to have a Cuban sandwich for lunch today.

But then they threw a curveball at me when I saw that they have a tripleta on the menu. And here it is! This thing will easily feed two large and very hungry adults and I am not going out on much of a limb to say that with the fries, you could feed 3-4 people with the food you see in this picture.

I also have to say that they have given an awesome vibe to this section of Downtown Melbourne with the music blasting and I am a really big fan. I wish we could see the rest of downtown come alive like this place.
