Our Guinness Honey Glazed Salmon is making a come back and is here to stay!

This delicious dish is made up of pan seared salmon and finished with our house made glaze. Served atop buttery colcannon potatoes with spicy, crispy fried onions and citrus dressed baby greens.

While we are hard at work doing some much needed renovations to our restaurant, we thought we share some exciting new menu items that will be available when we return! Many of you may recognize these as we have been testing them recently!

Today we are featuring our new Sticky Stout Wings: Meg’s famous jumbo wings caramelized in a homemade Guinness honey glaze and topped with crispy fried garlic and fresh cut scallions. They are as sticky as they are delicious (don’t worry, wet naps are on the house 😉) but trust us, it’s worth the mess! We can’t wait to see our amazing guests again. Hold tight, we’re not going anywhere!

This week’s staff spotlight goes to Tristan!
He is one of our talented bartenders who has been with us at Meg O’ Malley’s for four years!

His favorite thing about working at Meg’s is seeing his coworkers and regulars.

His favorite dish on the menu is the Prime Rib Shaved Sandwich and his favorite drink is the Causeway IPA 🍺

A little fun fact about him is that he surfs in his free time! 🏄🏼

💫 ☘️STAFF SPOTLIGHT☘️💫

This week we are featuring Rocco from our amazing bussing team! Rocco has been with us for about a year now, and in that time, his hard work and great attitude have made him a favorite among both guests and his fellow staff members. Rocco is a diehard Steelers fan and is excited for the start of the season (Thursday Night Football 🏈 🍻anyone?). He is currently studying Data Science at Eastern Florida State. His favorite shift meal is our famous hand battered Fish ‘N Chips (it’s one of our top sellers for a reason).

Be sure to stop in say hi to Rocco sometime this week!

☘️ A Wee Bit of Renovation is Coming to Meg’s! ☘️

After plenty of pints, good craic, and memories made within these walls, it’s time to give Meg O’Malley’s a little TLC! 🔨🍺

Meg’s will be temporarily closing beginning Monday, September 21st while we complete necessary maintenance that requires us to close our doors for a short time.

But don’t worry — we’re not going anywhere! ❤️

We’re planning to welcome everyone back the first week of October, refreshed and ready for many more years of cold Guinness, great food, and unforgettable nights in Downtown Melbourne.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience this temporary closure may cause, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. ❤️☘️
