Today was a difficult day as a small business owner, and we wanted to share a gentle reminder with our community. At Lilly Rose Café, our goal is always to prioritize our customers and provide the best experience possible for everyone who walks through our doors. If you’re planning to visit with a large group or place a larger food or drink order, we kindly ask that you give us a call ahead when possible. As a small café with limited seating and a small kitchen, advance notice helps us prepare and serve everyone more efficiently.
We’d also like to remind our guests that treating our staff and team members with respect and kindness is essential. We understand that waiting can be frustrating at times, especially during busy periods, and we truly appreciate your patience. Lilly Rose Café is a small, independently owned café—not a large chain or fast-food restaurant—and every order is prepared with care by a small team working hard to serve everyone as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, today some members of our staff were treated in a way that was unacceptable. Our team works incredibly hard every day to take care of our customers, and while we always welcome feedback and do our best to accommodate our guests, disrespectful, aggressive, or unkind behavior toward our staff will not be tolerated. We believe that kindness and mutual respect should always be at the heart of every interaction.
