As we get back into the swing of things, rebranding, restructuring, and rebuilding, we want to take a moment to say thank you.
Thank you to everyone who has stayed with us over the years. Thank you to those who continued following our journey, sending us messages, sharing memories, and asking when we were coming back.
We told you we would come back, and we kept our word.
This next chapter is about finding our roots again while looking at the company through a new lens. We’re taking everything we learned over the years Looking at what worked, what didn’t, and what made it so special in the first place, and using it to build something even stronger.
Some things, however, will never change.
Our foundation has always been built on family, honesty, hard work, quality, and no shortcuts. We believe in treating people right. We believe in giving back to the communities that support us. And whenever we have the opportunity to help good, hardworking people, we will, just as we always have.
One of the things that means the most to us is that, even after all this time, we still receive messages on our page from people looking for our desserts and asking where they can get our cannoli cream.
We hear you. And yes, we absolutely want to ship.
As we grow, one of our priorities will be making it easy for our longtime customers and followers in New York to order from us again. We’re working toward a system that allows our products to travel from us to you safely, properly packaged, and arriving exactly the way they should.
Because New York will always be an important part of our story.
But now, from our new home in Florida, we’re beginning the next chapter.
Same family tradition.
