Last week wrapped up team member training for front-of-house at three different restaurants inside one undisclosed business - attended by more than 150 people during 8 different sessions over the past four months. Best part was seeing the hourly employees implement the tools they learned and we know because we dined there before and after the training and experienced the improvement.

After the presentation yesterday, we drove over to Medinah CC for a tour and lunch!!!! Such an incredibly impressive facility and staff to match! Hands down best private club I’ve ever seen!!!

Yesterday I traveled to Elmhurst, IL to give a presentation regarding Business and Dining Etiquette to 28 managers and interns from the private club industry. So impressed with the young talent entering the hospitality industry.
