Our hotel achieved Guest Love scores (90.32) and Room Cleanliness scores (93.85) of 90% and higher for 2022 in order to receive this recognition! Breakfast Bar Attendant:
Flexibility is key to this position and an early riser - hours: 5:00am-11:00am - may vary on the weekends (this will be discussed during the interview)
JOB SUMMARY: Responsibilities include cleaning, preparing, and maintaining the breakfast area for the hotel guests.
Training will be provided.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
·Set up and maintain breakfast area prior to and during breakfast hours
·Perform a variety of food preparations, for hot and cold items as well as brewing coffee, tea etc. to brand standards
·Fill beverage dispensers, and stock and/or refill the appropriate areas with condiments and utensils
·Greet customers as you see them, speak politely, and assist customers
·Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
·Replenish all food items during breakfast in a timely matter
·Keep breakfast bar and breakfast room clean as guests enter and depart
·Clean and maintain kitchen, equipment, utensils, service and dining areas
·Thoroughly maintain brand standards and health department requirements
·Break down and store food with labels to ensure freshness and minimize waste
·Restock and set up as much of the breakfast area as possible
·Complete closing checklist after breakfast hours
·Clean all flooring and work spaces
·Mop, vacuum, as well as take out the trash
·Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards.
·Perform all other duties assigned
Assist our guests in starting their day off right by providing excellence in hospitality and customer service at all times quality breakfast foods and always be welcoming and serving guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner.
