Huge Update from P&P EGGROLLS! 🚚💨
Hey everyone! We have some news: You may have seen from the Medina Farmers Market promos, P&P Eggrolls was MIA from the Food Truck Listing. We are so sad to share that as we were prepping for the season a few weeks ago, we found our food truck’s engine decided it was time for an early retirement. 🛑 While it’s been a tough pill to swallow, we’ve decided that the truck won’t be hitting the streets for the 2026 Farmers Market season.
** However, this is just the beginning of a new chapter — AND the eggrolls aren't going anywhere!** 🥟🔥
We are officially pivoting to **bi-weekly catering drops.** We’re talking about our signature eggrolls, frozen and ready for you to air-fry or deep fry at home whenever the craving hits!
**What’s next?** We’re spending the rest of the year dreaming big. Whether it’s a shiny new food truck/trailer or a cozy small café, something exciting is coming in 2027. We haven't made the final call yet, so stay tuned—you might even help us decide! 😉
