Build, layer by layer. That's October's pizza of the month: Fig in the Pig.

Prosciutto, mozzarella, red onion, arugula, and a fig jam drizzle that ties the whole thing together. Sweet, salty, a little peppery, built the Santucci's way on our square crust.
